Dr. Hilary Rowe is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Maternal Fetal Medicine at Surrey Memorial Hospital in Canada. She obtained her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy Degrees at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC, Canada and acquired her hospital residency with the Vancouver Island Health Authority in Victoria BC, Canada.
